KM, As a Tool for People Respect
The great value of Knowledge Management that I found from working experience, is able to change mind set of people.
If you accept a micro-knowledge that embeded in mind of small people, that is, you respect other.
Micro-knowledge is called in KM technical term that "Tacit knowledge". As well known that "tacit knowledge" is a practical knowledge what is created by day-by-day doing and doing. Therefore every people is able to have such kind of knowledge.
If we respect knowledge from text or book from education institute only i.e. we are strong believe that illiteracy or who learned for few years in school, have less knowledge as well.
Current society has tended in this direction. The vast of people were identified as "foolish" because they did not graduated from high level.
Knowledge is everywhere, where people is.
